Parent Volunteers Needed. Sign Up to help!
Please consider volunteering to help run the cash registers (it’s easy!) and help children select books. Click here for the Sign-Up Genius volunteer schedule, and look for your classroom teacher if you want to pick a shift that will overlap with your child’s visit.

New this year, you can also shop online! Our Online Fair is available for an extended time, from March 4 through March 17. So even if you can’t make it to the Book Fair in person, we look forward to having you participate in our Online Fair. Remember, all online orders benefit our school and ship to school for FREE! Orders will be delivered to your child’s classroom 10-14 days after the fair closes. You’ll find our online store here: www.scholastic.com/bf/belleshermanelementary
Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted at the fair. If you choose to send a check to school with your child please make the check payable to: Belle Sherman PTA.
OR you can choose the exciting new online pre-pay option, eWallet, by clicking here! What is eWallet and why would you use it?
- It’s a secure, cash-free, digital payment option.
- Parents create an account for their student and set a spending limit.
- Students use their eWallets to shop the in-school Book Fair.
- Parents can set up eWallets as early as two weeks prior to and through the last
day of the in-school Fair. Students can shop with their eWallets any day of the
Fair; once the Fair ends, unused funds are released back to the credit card on file.
Can parents create one eWallet for all of their children?
No, parents must create an eWallet for each student; accounts cannot be shared or transferred.
Can parents add additional funds to an existing eWallet?
Yes, additional funds can be added to the eWallet at any time. Parents can also delete eWallets, and any unspent funds would be returned to their credit card.
Consider Donating to All For Books
When you’re at the Book Fair, look for the cans labeled All For Books, and consider dropping in your spare change – or more! All for Books is an easy and effective way to unite the school community and provide more books for kids and teachers. All funds collected through All For Books are used to buy more books from the Book Fair. Funds will be used to ensure each Belle Sherman student receives a book at the fair, and extra funds will be used to fulfill Teacher Wish Lists. Scholastic Book Fairs matches our monetary donations with a donation of up to $1 million in books from the Scholastic Possible Fund, which distributes books to children through organizations such as the Kids In Need Foundation, Reader to Reader, Inc., and the National Center for Families Learning.
