On Friday, March 16th during parent- teacher conference day, the PTA and the families of Belle Sherman will host a luncheon in the Annex cafeteria to show appreciation for our wonderful staff. We will need food donations (see below) as well as help with set-up, serving and clean up – just a half hour of your time before or after your conference, or whenever you can offer would help make this a great event! Families are asked to provide a dish or item for the luncheon according to the following guidelines:
Pre-K, Kindergarten & First grades: Main dishes
Second &Third grades: Desserts, Flowers, and drinks
Fourth & Fifth grades: Salads or appetizers
Please bring food to the annex staff lounge or cafeteria on Friday morning. Dishes should be labelled with ingredients (no nuts, please.) Please remember to pick up your dishes and serving utensils at the end of the day.
HELP WITH SETUP, SERVING AND CLEANUP
Times needed are:
Set up 10:30-11:00am
Serving 11:00am – 1:00pm
Clean up 1:00- 2pm
